  1. All CS’s, CAS, PS’s to scale down all in person engagements and use virtual means where possible
  2. All state and public officers above 58 or immune compromised to work remotely
  3. Examination classes will carry on learning under heightened safety measures. All basic education classes will resume in January 2021.
  4. All political gatherings and rallies are suspended for a period of 60 days with immediate effect. Any gatherings must be held in town halls to 1/3 seating capacity of the hall and the wearing of face masks.
  5. Ministry of Interior to constitute a special enforcement unit to jointly enforce all covid protocols
  6. Nationwide curfew is extended to the 3rd of January 2021
  7. From tonight 4th November – Curfew will be from 10pm to 4am
  8. All bars, restaurants and other establishments must close by 9pm
  9. All operators of hotels, bars, restaurants, alcohol supplies to comply to MOH guidelines and protocols. Those who fail will have their establishments shut down
  10. Religious gatherings remain unchanged – no more than 1/3 of its seated capacity occupied
  11. County Government to maintain isolation facilities
  12. Upsurge of Covid in certain counties will lead to lockdowns and containment in those counties.
  13. Mandatory wearing of masks in public places to be enforced -NO MASK NO SERVICE
